Asus support cd not with windows 7?

I just got my computer from my uncle and when I was trying to install the programs (Asus AI suite and PC probe 2) it says not compatible with operating system because I am on windows 7 ultimate. Is there any way to get past this or I have to get these programs from alternate sources.
