Could my 2 month old be teething?

For the last 2 days, the only thing making my baby happy is sucking. She is fed, and keeps eating so much that it makes her throw up. I try giving her a pacifier but she has a hard time keeping it in her mouth. She has been screaming like she is in pain, and she looks like she is. She had a mild fever last night, and she has hardly been sleeping.
