I cant get no sound on my sirius satellite radio?

I am trying to listen to sirius online and it wont work. i signed it and click on any station. it just says "Ready" and it wont work. its very frustrating. i already called sirius and they couldnt help me out. my speakers are correctly connected because i can hear sound in other websites..could it be because i have windows vista?
