Can People Tell the Difference in Gins?

I am bartending a home party and I have a sever shortage of vodkas and guns; with regards to variety. The stores are closed, but I have several gallons of Smirnoff Triple Distilled and Tanqueray. I know nobody is going to know if I fill up the Goose and Ketel (etc) bottles with Smirnoff as even the most discerning drinker cannot tell. But, what about the gins? Am I just stuck in this area?
