without an incubator, not much will grow. try looking up noninfectious bacteria that grows at room temperature. its most likely a narrow list. fyi- bacterial colonies can be seen by the naked eye. so, unless you want to view bacteria activity, a microscope isn't necessary for culturing bacteria.
