Why do my friends insult me because I'm single?

While I disagree with some of your viewpoints, I see where you are coming from. Though I do wish you would realize that not all women are like that. Some of them are just like you. But to answer your question, your friends just don't understand. They find it strange that you are not interested in a relationship. It seems you are neither gay nor straight, perhaps you are aual. I'm not saying you are, I'm just saying it's a possibility. If it really bothers you that your friends are saying that, just let them know. And maybe they aren't great friends if they don't see that you have feelings. You say you are unemotional, which I envy, but you obviously have feelings about this or you wouldn't have posted it.
