Call the doctor right away and see if they are willing to give you tamiflu. But it sounds to me like what you have is more like a "stomach flu" (which is not actually influenza) than flu. Not everyone gets a fever with H1N1, but cough, runny nose, and body aches/chills are pretty universal symptoms. If you don't have those you probably have something else.
