Should I get twenty 22's or twenty 4's?

Hey. Im back again with another question. I have a teal 1992 chevy caprice with suede seats, pioneer cd/mp3 player with all the perks. Clean as all outdoors. But im about to get some rims. I was wondering 22's because they look cly and are easy to ride on, and plus their cheaper and easy to put on and maintain. But 24's are bigger and extravagant looking. they make u sit up higher than all the other competition. and they turn heads in the turning lane. HAHA. but anyways. which one should i get? Whats your opinion?
